No setup fee, no monthly fee. Free events cost nothing. On paid tickets 233Ticket keeps 5% of your ticket sales, and that's all you pay. Your buyers pay a small booking fee on top of your price.

Getting paid
After each event
Every new organizer starts here. Your ticket money is kept safe until your event is over, then paid to your Mobile Money or bank account 2 days after it ends.
With every sale
Once we've verified your organization, Paystack sends your share straight to your account as you sell, usually the next working day.

See every sale, fee and payment to you, event by event, and print a statement for your records.

About the money
Is there a setup or monthly fee?
No. Creating an account and events is free. 233Ticket only earns when you sell a paid ticket.
How much do I pay?
5% of your ticket sales: the ticket prices your buyers pay, after any promo code. Sell GH₵ 1,000 of tickets and you receive GH₵ 950.
Do free events cost anything?
No. Free tickets, guest lists and complimentary tickets carry no commission and no fee.
What do my buyers pay?
Your ticket price plus a booking fee of 5% + GH₵ 1 per ticket, and Paystack's 1.95% charge on Mobile Money and card payments (GH₵ 0.20 more when they buy by USSD). It's added at checkout and never comes out of your sales.
What about cash at the door?
Your buyer pays the ticket price and booking fee in cash, and there's no payment charge. The cash is already in your hands, so 233Ticket's booking fee and commission on it come off your next payout.
When do I get paid?
New organizers are paid after each event, 2 days after it ends (time for any complaints to surface). Verified organizers are paid by Paystack as they sell, usually the next working day.
What happens when I refund someone?
You can refund the ticket price only, or everything the buyer paid. A refunded order no longer counts as a sale, so no commission is kept on it. If you cancel an event, every buyer gets everything back.
Can buyers without a smartphone buy tickets?
Yes. Every event gets its own USSD code, and buyers pay with Mobile Money in the same session, with a GH₵ 0.20 USSD fee per order. Your share is the same as an online sale.
